McDougall, William Dewar

W.D. McDougall served as an instructor in the Alberta Normal 
School prior to receiving his EdD from Columbia University in 1947.  
In 1945 he joined the University in the newly formed Faculty of 
Education, as professor of elementary education, retiring in 1961.
