Photo Peter Jacyk The Peter Jacyk Centre for Ukrainian Historical Research was established at the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies, University of Alberta, in 1989. In addition to the Hrushevsky Translation Project, it sponsors and English-language monograph series and the Ukrainian translation series, Ukrainian Historiography in the West.
