Logon to eClass
New E-Learning Website
A completely redesigned and reorganized E-Learning website will be launched shortly at www.elearning.ualberta.ca. The new site will make it easier for Faculty and Students to access core E-Learning services, get advice or help with support issues, and learn more about new technologies entering the classroom.
The new site will conform to web accessibility standards and feature a fresh colour theme and updated graphics. Don't worry about updating your links as we will be putting browser redirects in place. Get ready for the new look of E-Learning!
Elluminate Live!
The University of Alberta has renewed its Elluminate Live! licence for another three years, with funding supplied by the Office of the Vice-Provost (Information Technology). This software product provides a web collaboration system and real-time virtual environment for e-learning.
AICT E-Learning Services will continue to provide Elluminate Live! as a a centrally supported online teaching and collaboration tool. In addition, a limited number of licences have also been purchased for the companion products Elluminate Publish and Elluminate Plan. Elluminate Plan is for organizing content ahead of time, while Elluminate Publish is for creating standalone files or industry-standard video files from Elluminate Live! recordings.
