Womens' Fall 2011 Recruitment Schedule
Recruitment events scheduled in Telus 236/238 is at the Telus Centre for Professional Development ;
ED 265 is located in the Education Building
Clubs Fair: September 5th-9th
10:00am- 4:00pm Quad/ Butterdome
You can come check out club's fair in the U of A quad or Butterdome to ask questions and get to meet some of the girls!
Information Sessions: September 7th & 8th
4:00pm- 5:00pm Telus 236/ 238
At the information sessions you will get to know a little bit more about our sororities, ask us questions, and have some fun!
Orientation and Kick Off: September 12th
5:00- 6:30pm Telus 236/ 238
Here you will get orientation to the recruitment process and be put with your recruitment counselor who will help guide you through the remainder of the two weeks!!
House Tour #1: September 14th
4:15pm- 8:10pm Telus 236/ 238
You will be able to tour all five of our houses, meet sorority women, and again have fun, we encourage it.
House Tour #2: September 15th
4:15pm- 8:10pm ED 265
This house tour night will be the same as our first, but you will get the opportunity to meet new women each night!
Philanthropy Day: September 17th
12:15pm- 5:25pm ED 265
This day you will be learning about the chapters philanthropy. Philanthropy is the service organizations that the chapters represent.
Chapter Pride Day: September 20th
4:15pm-9:25pm Telus 236/ 238
Chapter pride days allow the chapters the opportunity to brag about themselves and show you exactly why all of our chapters are so great!
Preference Night: September 22nd
5:45pm- 9:05pm ED 265
Preference night you get to dress up and attend fewer parties for a longer time. This is the night where you will make the decision on which chapter is right for you!
Bid Day: September 23rd
4:30pm ED 265/262
This day you will receive your bid and you get to celebrate with all of your fabulous new sisters!!
