Kathleen Johnston

Kathleen Johnston, MA, PHEc, CCC, RCC, has worked in the Career Development field for 25 years. She is currently the principal of KJ Consulting Services, a private career consulting company founded in 2003. Her business specializes in career counseling and executive career coaching for individuals, and stress consulting to improve employee engagement for organizations. Kathleen has significant expertise related to women’s careers. In 2010 she published a two part book/journal series—Ordinary Women, Extraordinary Lives: A Woman’s Career Diary and A Woman’s Career Legacy. Kathleen has been a faculty member of Concordia University College’s Career Development Diploma Program since 2004, where she currently instructs five courses. She is adjunct faculty with St. Stephen’s College, Edmonton, serving as Convenor of the Program Committee for the Master of Psychotherapy and Spirituality degree.
