Registration fees include: cost of conference proceedings, reception, surcharge on luncheon banquet, and daily nutritional breaks.

The Banff Centre offers outstanding accommodation and recreational facilities. All participants will be housed in recently constructed superior style accommodation with attached bathroom facilites. Conference participants can also use the facilities of the Sally Borden Building which houses an extensive selection of sports, social and fitness facilities. This includes a 23-metre pool, saunas, whirlpool, full-size gymnasium with an indoor running track, tennis, badminton, racquetball and squash courts, and an exercise room.

The room rate is all-inclus ive. It includes all three meals, taxes, and gratuities.

Banff is a comportable and scenic 130 km (2 hour) drive from the Calgar y International Airport.
