Membership?

More than just a membership!

As part of the Actuarial Club, members can benefit from a wide range of services.  For a small annual membership fee of $5, members are entitled to borrow study manuals, attend employer information sessions, attend résumé workshops and take part in fun activities that will be organized throughout the year.  To register for the club, please drop us a line!.

Special thanks go out to the Math Department administration that has given us support financially and also worked closely with the students to help improve the Actuarial program.  In addition, we are very grateful to our Professors for all the help they have accorded us.  We would also like to thank every person who has generously donated study manuals for the SOA Exams.

We also applaud Rosana Fok for her enthusiasm and support for the club.  Her active involvement is highly appreciated!
 

 

A Walk In The Past....

We would like to give a huge shout out to Dr. Cho-Jieh Chen for his hard work and dedication over the course of the last several years.  His strong unflinching support has helped the club achieve great heights.  As one of the founding members of the club, Dr. Chen continually inspires us about the Actuarial profession and goes to extra lengths to ensure that our program is academically wholesome and competitive.

We wish him the very best of luck in Taiwan as the Chairman of Mirae Asset in Taiwan, Mirae Asset is one of the largest emerging market asset management companies.
