In
1994, with the kind support of the Edmonton firm of Ackroyd,
Piasta, Roth & Day and Jerome Slavik, the Aboriginal
Law Students Association created the Aboriginal Justice
Award. The Award is given annually to a person or organization
in recognition of service to the Aboriginal Community
and outstanding contributors to the development of Aboriginal
Justice initiatives. |
