The journey begins ...
Diversity Conferences of Alberta Society [DCAS]
Embracing spirituality embracing sexuality
... to educate the mind, thus free the soul.
The Diversity Conferences of Alberta Society [DCAS] works for the elimination of systemic discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Discrimination of this sort denies many Albertans their human rights, dignity, respect and a place of welcome and acceptance.
DCAS fosters greater understanding and acceptance of people of all sexual orientations and gender identities in Alberta. As an organization founded by a diverse group of people of all sexual orientations and gender identities, and of various faith backgrounds, DCAS addresses these concerns as realities of human life that deserve the attention of our secular and faith communities.
DCAS promotes, procures, and produces educational activities and resource materials which illuminate the humanity and spirituality of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered people.
