Focusing is an effective and gentle way of working with a “felt-sense” or our body-mind wisdom. As an approach to self care the learner is in contact with his/her own experiencing in a way that brings clarity to life situations and an ability to move forward. For those working with clients Focusing can deeply enhance the therapeutic relationship.
