Technology Professional Development
Technology Professional Development is a service provided through the Faculty of Education to help faculty, sessional instructors and support staff make the most of technology in their professional and personal lives. If you want or need to make use of technology that you are not familiar with, we can help.
Instructors, Tech PD can help you by:
- Helping you to create technology based lessons and assignments
- Providing training and support for eClass, Elluminate and other e-learning solutions
- Providing software training
- Assisting you to make use of the mobile labs, multimedia equipment and other technology tools right in your classroom
Researchers, Tech PD can help you by:
- Providing support and advice for hardware and software use
- Networking though user groups
- Troubleshooting and technology problem solving
