Prospective Students

This section is specifically for new Egyptian students joining U of A for their post-graduate studies. Our ESA unit organizes a program to pick up the new students from the airport, arrange accommodation for the first days upon their arrival (if needed), help them to find a suitable place to live and advise them what to do upon arrival. A welcome party will be held at the beginning of the fall semester to introduce the new students to the existing community. It is highly recommended to contact one of the unit executives before coming to Canada so that arrangements can be done for you.

An orientation booklet is also available that provides valuable information for the new students. It is highly recommended for the new students to read this book before coming to Canada.
