In August of 1998 I discovered the extreme sport of Disc Golf. As it happens there is a really good course at Rundle Park here in Edmonton, Alberta. It has been in existence for over 20 years. It has nine holes, uphill, downhill, doglegs, water hazards and even the odd sun bather (at least on warm summer days). The course is always well maintained and is free! I have been playing both winter and summer, the challenge being to play in all weather. Thanks to the grounds people who left a gap in the snow fence on hole #2 thus allowing us to get in full rounds throughout the winter!
