Norouz Celebration

Norouz is the first day of spring and the beginning of the Iranian year. It is celebrated on the day of the astronomical vernal equinox (start of spring in northern hemisphere).

There are Norouz Celebrations in various countries around the globe such as Iran, Northern Iraq, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Albania, Georgia, the countries of Central Asia such as Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan. Iranians celebrate Norouz all around the world.

ISAUA holds Norouz Celebration every year. The upcoming Norouz will be celebrated on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 6:00 pm. The venue for the event is Delta Hotel ( 10222-102 Street ).
