The deadline for the School/Symposium registration and Banff Centre accommodation is 
May 15, 2011.

Note: This form does not automatically reserve your accommodation. Please go to the accommodation link and make your reservation at the Banff Conference Centre. 

The registration fee for the School/Symposium is $300 (Canadian Dollars, CDN) for participants and $150 (CDN) for students.

A banquet will be held on Thursday, July 28th. The fee is $40 (CDN) for participants (and accompanying persons) and $20 (CDN) for students.
