LATE and INCOMPLETE WORK
Assignments should be handed in on assigned dates. On occasion, circumstances may
intervene that may make it difficult to meet such deadlines. In those cases, extensions can be
considered for papers and makeup dates for tests, provided there are reasonable grounds and
the instructor is notified as soon as possible. The mark (out of 10) for a late assignment,
without an approved extension , will be reduced by '.5'. Thus, for example, a late paper
that would have received a mark of '7/10' would be given a mark of '6.5/10'.
All assignments for the course must be completed. Unless approval is granted for an
"Incomplete"--check with your Faculty for the conditions and the procedure--any assignments
not completed by the date of the final examination will be given a mark of "0".
