Frosting

1 C softened butter 1 t vanilla |
4 C powdered sugar 2 T milk |
Cream
the butter. Add the vanilla and gradually add the powdered sugar, then mix in
milk. Make it nice and thick- you might need to add more powdered sugar to do
so. Great on Big Hit Sugar Cookies or anything you want.
Caramel

1 C sugar pinch of salt |
1 C cream |
Melt sugar in a large pot, on medium heat,
until light brown. Warm up cream in a separate bowl, add salt. Slowly add cream
to light brown sugar until evenly mixed. Eliminate chunks. Pour in bottle and
let cool. Great on ice cream, scones, or whatever suits your fancy.
Carrot Cake Frosting

14 C (or less) heavy whipping cream |
