Toulouse Mission Cook Book. These recipes were compiled and
recorded in early 2001 by Jeff Wiley and Jerry Aulenbach under the
inspired direction of Sister Dianne Wilcox. After the "Vache Folle"
scare in France, Soeur Wilcox had the idea of making a Cook Book to
provide Missionaries with healthy recipes that didn't include beef, as
we were instructed not to eat any.
