CollectAir and the Friend of Foe? Museum - This is the on-line viewing gallery of the real life CollectAir Museum in Santa Barbara, California. Warm and wonderful write-ups on Solid models, as well as bright-as-the-day-they-were-new photographs of the models and boxes as advertised in these old mags. A unique place in our all too repetitive world.

David Lloyd-Jones Magazines and Books
This site can supply vast numbers of flying model literature from 1930 - to date, including most of the English language magazines ever published including UK and US titles! David also has about 300 model books for sale! His own collection of magazines titles covers most from number 1 to date!

Solid Model Memories - Here is Raymond Bennet's home for Solid models (currently under construction). As far as I know this is the only site on the web which deals with Solids exclusively. Raymond is also the group manager for an email discussion list of the same name. Check him out!

A fascinating site dedicated to the preservation of the history of the Dutch Koolhoven, designer of many of the WWI era Armstrong Whitworth and British Aerial Transport (BAT) aircraft, as well as the famous contra prop inter-war period Koolhoven F.K.55. A beautiful and informative site.

"Dad" Rarey's Sketchbook Journals of the 379th Fighter Squadron The touching graphic memoirs of a "Jug" pilot in Europe. The drawings and words tell a loving story of young men in a horrific world. Most highly recommended.
