  2. Responsibilities and duties of each position on the Executive
  3. Rules of conduct to be observed during meetings of the LISSA Executive
  4. Representation on the Executive
  5. Guidelines for meetings of the Executive
  6. Guidelines for the yearly general meeting
  7. Procedures for elections and by-elections
  8. Referenda

Constitution

The Constitution contains a detailed outline of LISSA's mandate as a student association. It is composed of seven articles, which deal with the following:

  1. Name
  2. Objective
  3. Membership
  4. Executive
  5. Committees
  6. Amendments
  7. Powers Regarding Finances
  8. Referenda
