Career Guide for Librarians and Paraprofessionals

A Career Resources site for Librarians and Paraprofessionals was orginally created by Dawna Turcotte, a student at the School of Library and Information Studies at the University of Alberta in 1997.

This site has been maintained by the Career Resource Committee at the School of Library and Information Studies since that date. The links are periodically checked and new sites are added as committee members become aware of new resources. One member of the committee hosts this site each year and is responsible for keeping everything running smoothly.

In the summer of 2002, the site was overhauled and redesigned by Sandra Anderson, also a student at the School of Library and Information Studies at the University of Alberta.
