A study was conducted at the
University of Alberta in fall 2006 where all students, support staff, and academic staff received a web-based questionnaire on pandemic influenza to provide evidence that might assist the University of Alberta’s Public Health Response Committee in pandemic planning in the event of a public health crisis.
With the current COVID-19 pandemic, there has been renewed interest in this work and a list of publications appears below. The questionnaire we used is available in

PDF formats. We ask that you cite the
