REGISTRATION
People can register for Ukrainian Folklore courses in a variety of ways:
FOR ONE CLASS:
Open Studies
- "Open studies" is a classification of students
who
can take courses at the university but who are not working towards a
University degree.
Over 2000 courses are available through Open Studies.

Senior Citizens
- Senior Citizens over the age of 65 pay no tuition
to register in U of A courses!
FullTime Students
- Students taking another degree program can
take a Ukrainian Folklore course out of personal interest and fulfillment
of requirements
B.A. MAJOR
- Undergraduate students, can register in a
BA (Bachelor of Arts) program with a major in Ukrainian Folklore
- Students taking another degree program can
declare a minor specialization in Ukrainian Folklore

GRADUATE STUDIES
- Graduate students, can register in a MA
(Master
of Arts) or PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) in Ukrainian Folklore
- Graduate students can arrange joint programs, specializing in
Ukrainian Folklore plus another discipline of their choice.
