Please send us an email with the following info:
- School Name
- Division (open or womens)
- If you would like to be billeted (no promises, but we'll try)

Please note on the cheque the event, your team name and your division (ie. CUUC - U of A - Open). If you are paying for both teams, please write it on the check (ie. CUUC - U of A- Open & Women). Once you've put your your team fees in the mail, please send us an email to let us know so we can keep an eye out for them. If you require an invoice from us for your school, please let us know and we will have one made for you.
You also need to get a letter from the registrar confirming each player's enrollment. This must be sent to the above address along with your player fees. You can either get each player to individually get letters, or some registrars will allow you to submit a team roster list, and they will sign off on that list. This letter then needs to be submitted to the above address.
Player Fees: CUPA requires that all CUUC participants pay their $25 membership fee for the year. If you played in CUC in Calgary this past August, your fee should be paid. To pay your CUPA membership fee click here.
