Human Resources

The ALES Human Resources department provides service to clients and sets the overall policy direction to address human resource management matters within the Faculty.

The department’s purpose is to support the accomplishment of the Faculty’s strategic vision and mission. This is done by providing effective HR policies and programs that attract, retain, and develop a skilled and diverse workforce.

The HR Department will provide advice and guidance on a variety HR functions including,

  • Staffing
  • Payroll Administration
  • Benefits Administration
  • Academic and Non-Academic Collective Agreement Administration
