The Department of Agricultural, Food and Nutritional Sciences (AFNS) supports research programs with a focus in four main areas: animal science, food science and bioresource technology, human nutrition and plant biosystem. AFNS oversees the following graduate degrees which offer the depth of knowledge needed for a successful career in a range of private sector, government or research positions.
