Alternative Reading Week India

Alternative Reading Week India is a co-curricular community service-learning program where students engage in activities related to rural development in India. You will learn about:

  • food security and sovereignty
  • environmental conservation
  • social justice

The Faculty of Agricultural, Life & Environmental Sciences partners with a non-governmental organization, Pipal Tree, which facilitates activities in the city of Bangalore as well as in a tribal forest community.
