    If I were to change professions, I would be an: Elementary teacher or a soap opera actress.

    The greatest challenge of my career has been: Focusing on what area of nutrition I wanted to practice in.

    The thing I remember most about being a student is: Late night lollygagging…Ahem. Studying in various buildings on campus with my friends.

    One piece of advice I'd give a current student is: Stay active and be social. Intramurals is a great way to do both. That’s when I started dating my spouse!
