Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation Representative

Amy earned a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Alberta in 2003, and an MBA in Social Enterprise Leadership from the University of Fredericton in 2020. 

In recent years, she has worked for government in a variety of grant management, and non-profit capacity building roles. Prior she spent 17 years in the non-profit sector, most of this time working in sport, physical activity, and recreation (SPAR) and disability. 

Amy is heavily involved in the community having served on many boards and committees serving the SPAR and disability communities. She currently serves on the board of Solar Alberta and the Northern Alberta Business Incubator (NABI). 

In her spare time Amy enjoys being active outdoors with her family.
