On Sunday March 4th the Archaeology program participated in the Museums and Collections Services organized Science Sunday event for kids. There were 750 attendees at Science Sunday and the Archaeology dig hosted 106 Junior Archaeologists out of a maximum capacity of 108. Our participation in this event is only possible because for the dedicated work of over 20 volunteers. A big thank you to all of them.
