Brad Bucknell is Associate Professor of English in the Department of English and Film Studies at the University of Alberta.
He has published on the figure of Salome, on Pater and time, on African American literary theory, on The Matrix, on T.S. Eliot, and on Gertrude Stein. His book, Literary Modernism and Musical Aesthetics appeared in 2002 with Cambridge University Press. His recent interest is in music, writing, and the problem of history.
