Hilworth spent five seasons with the Pandas (2008-2013), winning a national championship in 2010, while recording 100 career points in 100 career games. Her 50 goals scored ranks eighth all-time in program history. She also served as the Pandas co-captain in her final season with Alberta.

Following her playing career, Hilworth joined Howie Draper’s pandas coaching staff for two seasons, winning a Canada West Championship in 2015. Most recently, she was the first-ever women’s hockey coach with the ACAC’s Old’s College Broncos.

The Varsity Reds women’s hockey team will be joining U SPORTS for the first time next season, after previously playing in the Eastern Canadian Women’s Hockey League.
