Carter O'Donnell ranked fourth in December CFL rankings

    O'Donnell, a 2019 Canada West All-Star and first team U SPORTS All-Canadian, is the highest ranked U SPORTS student-athlete, and the highest ranked offensive lineman in the December rankings

    TORONTO — The Canadian Football League (CFL) Scouting Bureau has released the winter edition of the Top-20 prospects eligible for the 2020 CFL National Draft on April 30.

    The CFL Scouting Bureau, comprised of CFL scouts, as well as, player personnel directors and general managers from the league’s nine member clubs, releases its rankings three times each year in September, December and April.

    Fourth-year Golden Bears offensive lineman Carter O'Donnell moved up seven spots from his September rank, jumping all the way up to No. 4. 

    O'Donnell, a 2019 Canada West All-Star and first team U SPORTS All-Canadian, is the highest ranked U SPORTS student-athlete, and the highest ranked offensive lineman in the December rankings. O’Donnell anchored a Golden Bears offensive line that averaged 399 yards of total offence and 5.2 yards per rush this season.
