- Convenience: Manage, transfer, or donate your tickets from anywhere using a mobile device.
- Improved Control: Improved control and distribution when sharing tickets.
- Easy Access: Allows for quick and easy entry
- Protection: Eliminates counterfeit or stolen tickets; reduces the risk of lost or forgotten tickets.
- Eco-Friendly: Reduction in paper by printing less paper.
Q: Are Golden Bears and Pandas events moving to reserved seating?
A: Yes. Seating at Clare Drake Arena, Foote Field, and the Saville Competition Gym will feature a mix of reserved and general admission seating. Pandas Hockey will continue to have general admission seating through the entire venue.
Q: Does the Account Manager cost money?
A: No. Mobile ticketing is FREE. There are no costs associated with managing your tickets via the Golden Bears & Pandas Account Manager or Student Account Manager on your mobile device, including accessing tickets for mobile entry or forwarding tickets online.
Q: How do I access my tickets on my mobile device?
A: Login to Ticketmaster.ca web browser or app (for single game tickets) OR your Account Manager (season ticket or package holders) and go to ‘My Events’ or ‘Manage My Tickets’. Browse for the specific event that you’re looking for and tap to see your tickets. Simply add tickets to your Apple Wallet (for iPhone users) or save to Google Pay (for Android users). When you get to Clare Drake Arena, Saville Community Sports Centre or Foote Field, present your smartphone with event barcode ready to the ticket taking event staff to have your ticket scanned. If you have guests and multiple tickets on your phone, swipe to navigate between them.
Q: What if I do not own a mobile device or smart phone?
A: Contact our ticket office at 780-492-9441 or firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
Q: I purchased my ticket via ticketmaster.ca – can I still manage and view my ticket through the Golden Bears & Pandas Account Manager?
A: No, tickets purchased via ticketmaster.ca can only be managed on your ticketmaster.ca account through the web browser or the ticketmaster app.
Q: Can I print my ticket from home?
A: No. All tickets will be digital and only accessible via your mobile device. If you do not own a mobile device, we will print a custom ticket for you upon arrival to the Ticket Office on game day.
Q: Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?
A: No, a mobile ticket must be provided either within the mobile website or within your phone’s wallet to gain entry.
Q: What happens if my ticket doesn’t scan properly?
A: That can usually be solved by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn’t work, your ticket can be validated by having the ticket taker manually enter your ticket number directly into the scanner.
Q: What if I lose connectivity or I can’t connect to my account at Clare Drake Arena, Saville Community Sports Centre or Foote Field?
A: All of our venues have a guest wi-fi function that will operate quickly. We highly recommend downloading your ticket to your phone before arriving to the game, in case of internet connectivity concerns. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you’re an Android user, you can save your tickets to your phone through Google Pay.
Q: When should I download my ticket?
A: We suggest that you download your tickets at least 24 hours before the event.
Q: What if my phone breaks, dies, or is lost/stolen before I arrive?
A: Simply come to the Customer Service Centre Sales Office, present your ID and we will print your tickets for you.
Q: Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
A: Yes, however, it is much easier to send each attendee their individual ticket.
Q: What if my entire party isn’t with me when I’m ready to enter?
A: You can easily send each member their ticket individually since each person entering will need a ticket to get in.
Q: How do I send/transfer a ticket to a friend/family?
A: It’s simple! Once logged in, do the following:
- Select Manage My Ticket(s), then choose your event and tap Transfer (Note: not all tickets can be transferred)
- Select the tickets you’d like to send, then hit ‘Transfer’
- Select your favorite sharing app and send to your recipient(s) via email, text or social media. Because the designated link can only be used once, the ticket will be transferred to the first person who claims the ticket
Q: Does the person I send the tickets to need a Ticketmaster account?
A: Yes, if they don’t already have one, they will need to create one in the acceptance process.
Q: What if I forward tickets to the wrong person, can I recall the tickets?
A: Yes, you can reclaim tickets as long as they haven’t already been accepted by the recipient.
Q: Can ticket holders transfer tickets after the event has started?

A: Yes, our venues are PCI compliant, giving you the highest available security to ensure that your credit card, driver’s license, and account password are all well protected.
Q: What do we do with your personal information?
Q: What is SafeTix?
A: SafeTix is a new ticketing technology which incorporates auto-refresh barcodes and NFC technology. This features helps protect against tickets being photocopied or screen-shot for unauthorized use. Q: Do we provide refunds?
A: No, refunds are not given for ticket purchases.
