All you need to do is tell your 2 friends to let us know that you referred them to the class when they register.

Boot Camp

Combine cardio and strength training drills with resistance equipment in this non-stop full body conditioning workout. There is no pressure and no competition, just straight up butt-kicking workouts! All levels welcome.

Butts 'N' Guts

This moderate intensity class is designed to engage, strengthen, and tone your core, glutes, and thighs! Be prepared to work up a sweat and to get your butts n' guts in gear! Drop-ins welcome!

Saturdays 8:00 - 9:00 AM


Tabata Interval Training

Tabata features 20 second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body. Come kick your workout into high gear. This class is free for Fitness Centre members!

Located on Campus in the Learning Commons.

Wednesdays 8:00 - 9:00 PM


Spin & Strength

Get your exercise in before the work day starts! Participants are led through a mix of sprints, hills & many other drills while listening to upbeat music. All fitness levels are welcome. Be sure to bring a water bottle and towel.
