All you need to do is tell your 2 friends to let us know that you referred them to the class when they register.

Boot Camp

Get yourself moving after the workday with an hour of bootcamp training! Participants are led through a series of exercises that target all of the major muscle groups and incorporates cardio training. Let’s burn off some calories and have fun!

Beginner Yoga

Relax, reduce stress, and restore your body and mind with this beginner yoga class located in the Learning Commons on Campus! You will learn basic Hatha Flow poses and breathing techniques to calm your busy mind!

Butts 'N' Guts

This moderate intensity class is designed to engage, strengthen, and tone your core, glutes, and thighs! Be prepared to work up a sweat and to get your butts n' guts in gear! Drop-ins welcome!

Saturdays 8:00 - 9:00 AM


Cardio Kickboxing

Participants will learn basic kickboxing movements, and combine them with fast-paced body weight exercises, for a fun and challenging training session! Push yourself with this awesome full body workout!

Located on Campus in the Learning Commons.

Wednesdays 8:00 - 9:00 PM


Spin & Strength

Get your exercise in before the work day starts! Participants are led through a mix of sprints, hills & many other drills while listening to upbeat music. All fitness levels are welcome. Be sure to bring a water bottle and towel.
