Boot Camp

Get yourself moving after the workday with an hour of bootcamp training! Participants are led through a series of exercises that target all of the major muscle groups and incorporates cardio training. Let’s burn off some calories and have fun!

Older Adult Low Impact Fitness

This class is designed for older adults looking to maintain mobility and independence. Classes focus on functional movements to improve your quality of life!

$150.00 for everyone / $10.00 drop-in

Spin & Strength

Get your exercise in before the work day starts! Participants are led through a mix of sprints, hills & many other drills while listening to upbeat music. All fitness levels are welcome. Be sure to bring a water bottle and towel.
