Workout tip: Set goals for yourself, it is always good to have a vision of what you want to achieve. It is important to have both short term goals as well as to reach for long term goals. Short term goals are key to our successes; day-to-day goals are what provide us with focus for our training in each session. Long term goals inspire us and give us a target to aim for. The possibilities are endless!!

Favorite quote - "You can't outwork a bad diet." - Most people come to the gym looking for results from exercise alone and underestimate the impact that diet has on exercise. Although exercise is a good way to maintain a healthy lifestyle it must be used in conjunction with a good diet. Strength, endurance, exercise intensity and recovery all stem from your diet. If you put the wrong type of fuel into your car it won't run very well, same goes for your body.
