Adventure Vikings is composed of group games and skill development to target a balance of physical literacy for kids aged 6-9. This non-competitive games-based approach works with balance, stability, strength and power to help build a well rounded athlete.
This is a great way to learn the necessary skills to build and maintain an active lifestyle! Register early as space is limited.
