Dry Land and Conditioning Hockey Camp
The Augustana Fitness Centre Athlete Dry-Land & Conditioning Camp is a customized off ice program designed to strengthen and improve hockey-specific skills during the post-season months. This program includes 6 two hour session, concluding with a wrap-up party.
Our program will have a focus on: speed & agility, strength, power, balance & flexibility, and skill development.
Athletes will train in small groups for six sessions to maximize attention of our trainer, while fostering and encouraging development of team work skills.
- Group 1 (10 - 13 years): 12:00 - 2:00 PM
- Group 2 (14 - 18 years): 2:00 - 4:00 PM
