Personal Librarian Program
The Personal Librarian Program provides all self-identified first-year Aboriginal students at the U of A with their very own Personal Librarian who can help them access the many services and resources the libraries have to offer. Whether you are looking for an article, textbook, music score, or ways to incorporate traditional knowledge into your assignments, your Personal Librarian will be there to assist YOU!

Interested In Having a Personal Librarian?
ALL First Nations, Métis, and Inuit students who have transferred or are returning to the U of A who would like to be partnered with a "Personal Librarian" are invited to complete this online form.
Students who register can expect to receive an email introducing their Personal Librarian in a week or so. After that, every week or so for the school year, you will also receive a short email with research tips geared mainly towards students new to the U of A and its library services. Most importantly, you would now have a single person to contact for assistance!!

Augustana Library Kids Korner
Located on the lower level of the Augustana Library, the Kids Korner is a special space where children can read or play while students study! Parents or guardians are welcome to borrow colouring books, magnets, a tablet, animal figurines or MegaBloks from the library’s circulation desk, allowing study and play to go hand in hand!
