Appointments are required to either check in or check out of summer housing.
Appointments may be scheduled between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Permission for appointments outside these hours may be permitted with advanced notice. Appointments will not be permitted between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
On Check-in, you will receive your room key and building key. In addition, you will be required to complete a room condition report and sign a residence agreement.
On Check-out, please have your belongings packed and removed from the room. The room must be clean (vacuumed and dusted), shower cleaned and de-scaled and toilet area mopped. You will receive a completed room condition report and your keys must be returned. Failure to check-out will result in a fee of $50 being charged to your account.
