Hoyme Complex

Your room is a place to sleep, study, visit, socialize and stay connected with friends. It is yours for the year and must be left in the condition upon which you checked in. You are allowed to hang posters and personalize your room as long as there is nothing offensive to the community or people who might visit you in your room. Community Standards are in place and can be found here.

Your room will have in it a twin bed (36"x75"), closet or wardrobe space, study table & chair, study lamp, and shelves. You will need to bring your own bedding, toiletries and any other personal items you wish to bring. As far as furniture, what you bring will depend on how much extra space you have.

A floor lamp, small table, or chair might fit. Toaster ovens, convection ovens or heating elements are not allowed; however, small fridges rated at 3.5 Amps or less, small microwaves rated at 700 watts or less, and popcorn poppers are allowed.
