Augustana Residences Move-in Period:

Move-in is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The first meal in the Dining Hall is Supper starting at 5:00 PM on TBD
Please come directly to the Hoyme Complex (see the campus map) to be checked in.

Please email Residence Services at augustana.housing@ualberta.ca for a check-in date and time. Move-in times will be scheduled individually during the following times:

Monday to Friday
1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday
1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

When you arrive:

Please come directly to the Hoyme Complex (see the campus map) for your appointment time. When you first arrive, we will confirm you have completed the pre-arrival documentation. Upon confirmation you will then receive your room key and be provided directions to your residence room.

If you have a vehicle, please First Park in Lot P5. After you have checked in, you may park closer to your building to unload your belongings. The Maximum time to be parked near your building is 45 minutes.

Note, If you will be later than 15 minutes for your appointment, please call us at 780-781-0506.

After Move In Day

Returning students not taking a class in the first 3 weeks of the winter term and wishing to check at a later date, must email Residence Services at augustana.residences@ualberta.ca for a check-in date and time. This email address is monitored 9:00AM to 4:00PM Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
