As founder of ROAR, Andrea offers insight into leadership and organizations earned alongside more than 300 clients in 11 industries – more than two decades of rolling up her sleeves in strategy, organizational development, and management innovation. Prior to founding ROAR Transitions, Andrea was in professional practice at KPMG LLP and BearingPoint LLP.

Always ready to serve her community, Andrea recently completed two terms as an elected member of the University of Alberta Senate, serving as vice-chair, former liaison from the Senate to the Alberta School of Business, and the chair of the 2016-20 Nomination of Chancellor Joint Committee. Andrea is a member of the Alberta School of Business Advisory Council. She is also a former director with the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce and currently vice-chair of the inaugural and newly launched Edmonton Screen Industries Office, a catalyst for developing film, screen and digital industries in the Edmonton region. Andrea is also the Edmonton lead and a founding member of the Alberta SHEInnovates chapter, the first Canadian chapter and global pilot site for the SHEInnovates global program created in 2019 by the United Nations and the Global Innovation Coalition for Change.

Andrea speaks regularly on leadership transition, including recent panel discussions for the Institute of Corporate Directors on CEO Transition. She’s married to Paul, super proud mom to 14-year old Ella, and a self-professed tennis junkie.
