Andrea Mondor is an entrepreneur; most recently, she co-founded BOLT Transition in 2013. BOLT ensures executive and board arrivals and exits are highly successful, strategic, transformative experiences for the individuals involved and the organizations that depend on them. BOLT is breaking new ground in corporate Canada by offering the only service of this kind.
Prior to her life as an entrepreneur, Ms Mondor was in professional practice at KPMG LLP and BearingPoint LLP. She has always been drawn to undiscovered opportunity and the intersection of and space between disciplines. After serving more than 200 clients in 11 industries at home and abroad, she can’t walk away from a complex human challenge without uniting people and interests and bringing its practical solution to life.
Committed to giving and building community, Ms Mondor has supported many community efforts and is currently serving on Terra Centre’s capital campaign. Dedicated to reciprocity for the gifts her alma mater has provided to her and to our society, she is an elected member of the University of Alberta Senate; serving as vice chair and chair of the 2016-20 Nomination of Chancellor Joint Committee as well as former liaison from the Senate to the Alberta School of Business.
Ms Mondor received an undergraduate degree in business and an MBA from the University of Alberta. She is married to Paul and is the overly enthusiastic mom to eleven-year-old Ella. Most days, you’ll also find her on a tennis court.
