Gail's professional experience includes thirty years at an executive leadership level, with six years as general manager of a marketing communications company in Malaysia and over twenty years in the c-suite with Servus Credit Union. At Servus she incubated, developed, and led a diverse team to accelerate the strategic functions of analytics, marketing, corporate communications, corporate social responsibility, digital banking and innovation. From 2016 to 2019, Gail was selected as the sponsor to embed the noble purpose shaping member financial fitness into the organization and became the first Purpose and Innovation Officer. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Alberta, a Masters in Leadership from Royal Roads University (2007), and her Designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors (2011). Gail serves on the Board of Edmonton Global. She has served on boards for Edmonton Airports, NorQuest College, Credit Union Central of Alberta and was founding board member of both the Livia Stoyke Foundation and the River City Shakespeare Festival. Gail lives with her husband, daughter, and many furry and feathery friends on a farm in Parkland County. She loves to travel, practice yoga, innovate and advance women in leadership.
