Jennifer has a breadth of experience in institutional finance, capital markets, and technology. Jennifer is the Head of Capital Markets at Delphia Inc., a growing AI and Alternative Data company based in Toronto. Delphia is backed by Silicon Valley's Y Combinator, New York's Lerer Hippeau, and Toronto's Golden Ventures and Real Ventures. Jennifer also serves as a Strategic Advisor to The Stratagem Group, which specializes in innovative financing, international partnerships, production, studios and content generation in the music, TV and movie industry. Additionally, Jennifer is a Director on both LINK Investment Management's Board of Directors, as well as Nobul's Board of Directors. LINK is a fintech and healthtech company, digitizing all forms of employer sponsored compensation (from medical/dental to cap table management, to group savings plans); Nobul is a technology-based real estate firm, revolutionizing the way in which real estate is bought and sold in Canada and the USA. Jennifer is also the Founder of FinForum Inc., an organization that she started in 2016, with the support of TD Securities, that aims to bridge the gap between capital providers and innovative technology firms in the fintech and proptech industries.

Prior to joining Delphia, Jennifer worked with one of Canada’s cryptocurrency trading and blockchain companies, as Managing Director, VP and Head of Capital Markets. Before dedicating her career to the technology sector, Jennifer was a VP on TD Securities’ algorithmic trading desk, where she was responsible for originating and nurturing relationships across the Canadian and US hedge fund, asset management and broker-dealer community. Prior to TD Securities, she was Head of Broker Sales for ITG Canada’s equity trading dark pool. She also worked for Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP), on the Private Equity team’s Global Funds group. Jennifer started her career in Equity Research at Scotia Capital.

In Spring 2017, Jennifer was the only Canadian recognized as a Rising Star by New York-based Markets Media & Trader's Magazine; and in 2016, Women in Capital Markets named Jennifer as one of Canada’s Emerging Leaders. Jennifer gradated from the University of Alberta School of Business majoring in Finance and minoring in Business Economics & Law. Jennifer is a CAIA Charterholder.
