Dale McNeely

Dale joined the Business Career Services office as a Co-op Coordinator in May 2003 and completed his MBA in 2005.  Dale has been at the University of Alberta since 1996 as Manager of the Faculty of Physical Education Gymnastics Centre. He has over 20 years work experience in amateur sport, coaching, administration and volunteering, where responsibilities included academic teaching, community-based program management, facility management, staff recruitment, training and development.

Michelle joined Business Career Services in 1997 after completing her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree at the U of A and has been with the office for over twenty years. Throughout her varying roles as Recruitment Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator and now as Career Education Coordinator the one constant has been her focus on high-quality service for both our students and employer partners. In 2017, Michelle expanded her delivery of employability skills to our students by becoming an Instructor for BUS 301: Business Communications.  Her goal is to provide all students in the faculty with the resources and information needed to succeed.

Ann Simmonds

An Operations Management alumnus of the Commerce program at the U of A, Ann has been working on campus for over 10 years.  Beginning in the summer of 2005 and working part-time during the final year, Ann worked alongside the Alberta School of Business Technology Group, assisting in the initial transition of course websites to uLearn.  Immediately after graduation in 2006, Ann joined the Business Career Services office.

Enzo is an alumnus of the Commerce program at the U of A. Working in private industry for 12 years, Enzo has spent the last nine year's in coop related work, placing Engineering, MBA and Commerce students. Success stories from students who have gone through the Coop and found their niche in the workplace has been very satisfying for Enzo." Students are our ambassadors so we need to make sure they have a great coop experience. A true indication of our success is when co-op alumni come back to hire co-op students."



Melanie Tymofichuk

Melanie joined the office in 2003 as a Co-op Coordinator. In addition to working with employers to develop Business Co-op opportunities, she prepares students for work placements and assists with their career planning. Melanie has several years of marketing experience gained in the private sector and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Cooperative Education from the University of Alberta.

Devon's professional purpose is to support students while they navigate the transition from student to professional by assisting them to think strategically about their careers. She has over 16 years of experience working in Career and Professional Development and more than 13 of which have been specifically directed towards preparing Alberta School of Business students for academic and professional success.

Devon is an Experienced Cooperative Education Coordinator with a Master of Education (M.Ed.) Educational Policy Studies from the University of Alberta.- with a focus on Work Integrated Learning.

Before joining the Alberta School of Business two years ago, Paul enjoyed a career in recruitment, sales and business development within the industry both in Edmonton and Calgary. He has 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience and is currently registered as a Registered Professional Recruiter.

Paul enjoys working with individual students trying to accomplish their career goals. He can help with career transition, integration into the Canadian job market, personal brand building and various other career-related activities. His E-Commerce education and love for technology helps bring essential recruitment and social recruitment perspective to all Alberta MBA students.
