The Alberta Business Family Institute and the Business Families Foundation are proud to present this interactive online workshop on Communication and Conflict Management for Business Families.

This educational program was developed to address the complexities of communication in a family business setting. 

This Workshop will:

• Provide a communication theory primer, illustrating how you communicate is more impactful than what you communicate

• Addresses the delicate balance of family and business communication and discuss helpful practice to manage it

• Identifies the common causes of conflict in business families and learn different techniques to constructively handle conflict
