The WU is one of Europe's biggest, most modern Universities of Economic Sciences. Our high quality standards in research and education are approved by international quality seals. With just under 23.000 students originating from 110 countries the WU is the biggest place for education in economic and social sciences which makes it a global force of attraction. The WU Campus is a unique, modern construction with about 100.000m2 of usable area, providing an ideal environment for students, teachers and research purposes. Due to policies in place at WU, the exchange program to this destination is not open to students originally from or with Austrian citizenship.

Approximate Term Dates:

Semester 1: Early October - late January (with the possibility of completing the semester before Christmas)
Semester 2: Early March - late June

ISU WU (WU's International Summer University)

Academics

Full-time Course Load: Total of 36 ECTS credits plus a German business course (most students take the equivalent of 15 UofA credits/term)

Language(s) of Instruction: English / German
Assuming sufficient language skills, exchange student are able to take a mix of English & German taught courses

Course Restrictions: WU is a specialized business and economics university. No courses are offered in other areas.
