Panelists

Jen Minchau is the CEO and co-founder of The Plant Project, a company making small-batch candle and body products using 100 per cent sustainable, natural, toxin-free and vegan ingredients. The Plant Project is committed to giving back to the planet by planting one tree for every purchase made and by offering a recycling initiative that allows customers the chance to return used candle jars.

Nicole Sanchez is a co-founder of Ruth, a company making biodegradable and disposable menstrual and period products. Ruth is also using its platform to work towards ending period poverty and break down social barriers surrounding menstruation.
