Eva is an executive coach and facilitator who partners leaders, founders and teams who want to do great things in the world, on purpose. 

Eva brings unusual perspective to coaching having worked as an executive marketing and strategy leader in the UK and Canada for over 20 years serving various industries of global, national, to provincial scale. Today, Eva has trained her focus and business experience on what she loves to do most, inspiring courage, confidence, and high effectiveness in leaders and teams as a coach. Eva is well familiar with the complex dynamics within organizations at every level, navigating ongoing change and the challenges that can emerge. She also understands the grit and devotion required to be a leader, cultivating a way forward with a highly engaged team, delivering results.

As the founder of Fervor Leadership Coaching and Consulting, Eva works with those committed to making positive change. Often, people come to her when they are encountering new challenges, or ‘firsts’ as she calls them – pivot points that also represent great opportunity. She equips her clients with the resources to navigate a way forward with clarity and purpose, to have an impact, and to gain a deep sense of fulfillment and success.

Laurie Hillis
Laurie Hillis

Laurie is an executive coach, speaker, and leadership development practitioner whose purpose is to help others examine and create their most courageous self. She's been honoured to partner with the EMBA program over the past ten years, supporting with students in their goal and dream achievement, both in the classroom and through executive coaching.

President of Megatrain Inc., a leadership consulting practice in operation since 1992 she was also a senior faculty member at the University of Alberta, Executive Education for many years, and in recent past she was a Director at the Banff Centre. For six years she's been associated with Dr. Brené Brown's life-changing courageous leadership work as a Certified Dare to Lead TM facilitator (http://brenebrown.com/).

Specializing in all areas of leadership and team development, Laurie has a particular passion in the areas of: executive/team coaching, courageous leadership, entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence, leadership presence, mental fitness, organizational culture, and team effectiveness. She enjoys helping technical leaders better understand how to use their analytical brilliance to access their innate leadership qualities.

Sandra Marin
Sandra Marin

Sandra has worked in both public and private sectors and has a significant record of accomplishment as a Sales and HR leader with Hudson’s Bay, Nestle Inc., Levi Strauss & Co., IPSOS, NorQuest College. She has led national, multi-level teams, managed and contributed to significant enterprise wide projects.


In 2007 Sandra established her own coaching and consulting company. She is passionate about supporting individuals that want to create positive, powerful change in their lives, workplaces and communities. Clients describe her as an active thought partner with a keen sense of humour and an eye for the less obvious.


Her coaching supports individuals that want to:

  • Identify their leadership strengths, areas for improvement and move from intent to action,
  • Positively impact both organizational culture and the bottom line,

Kim Asernault
Kim Arsenault

As an educator and manager with more than 25 years' experience in training delivery, she possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge. Most recently she was Director of Government Programs, Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta, in Edmonton. Kim moved from a long career in educational organizations into consulting where she focuses on Leadership Development training, training trainers and increasing her impact on the people who lead.

Kim has a caring and engaging presence. Kim models and teaches leaders how to use tools, to get the best results from individuals and groups. Kim is an experienced consultant and trainer who continuously receives excellent reviews from clients. She is known for her fun, dynamic and interactive training style, and brings a sophisticated but down-to-earth approach to her program delivery.

Kim has a Bachelor degree in Adult Education from the University of Alberta, in Edmonton, and a Master's Degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University (RRU) in Victoria, Canada. Kim also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from RRU and holds a Professional Certified Coach(PCC) designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

She possesses several facilitation and international training program specializations, and holds certification in the following tools and assessments such as Myer-Briggs Type Indicator, Strength Deployment Inventory, Emotional Intelligence EQi 2.0, Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance (DiSC).

Greg Hadubiak
Greg Hadubiak

Greg is committed to helping leaders realize their potential. More than that, he supports them to breakthrough to new and unimagined possibilities.

Clients describe Greg’s coaching style as action-oriented and solutions-focused. He is compassionately edgy, challenging yet empathetic, and unwaveringly committed. While possessing a range of tools that support coaching, he begins with understanding each individual client – who they are and what they value. The agenda in every coaching session is driven by the client and their unique needs.

Greg loves to engage as a thinking partner and an accountability partner. He encourages his clients to use a “phone-a-friend” option as required. He constantly scans the environment for unique resources and insights that might be of use to his clients.

Lara Masse
Lara Masse

Lara specializes in leadership effectiveness and development, and has worked with emerging, senior and executive leaders throughout North America, helping them to define success on their own terms, engage others, express what needs to be said, and transform themselves, their teams, and their organizations from the inside out.

She is a compassionate professional who understands firsthand the challenges that both individuals and organizations face in today's complex business environment. More importantly, she knows just how greatly the quality of leadership influences the organization and its most important asset - the people.

Her background includes ground up management and leadership responsibility within several high growth organizations, including Stantec - a rapid growth through acquisition environment, as well as Kasian, and Alberta Health.

Lara earned her Certified Executive Coach (CEC) credentials with the Faculty of Management and Leadership Studies at Royal Roads University, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Graduate Certificate in Inspired Leadership (gcIL) from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
